⑤ check the volume switch, emergency foot switch is sensitive and reliable;
 

⑥ Check whether the voltmeter indicates normal. Start double blade pump, check the direction of rotation is correct, the oil pressure gauge should be: operating pressure 2.0 ~ 2.5Mpa, charge pressure 1.0 ~ 1.2MPa back pressure 0.8 ~ 1.0Mpa,
Brake pressure 5.5 ~ 6.0MPa;
 

⑦ Check whether the electro-hydraulic valve is open and its stroke is 10mm.
 

(2) in operation Note:
 

① must drive and park in the following order:
Drive: open the auxiliary pump, then open the main pump.
Stop: stop the main pump, after stopping the auxiliary pump.
 

② disc brake gate and gate brake:
Loose handle: the handle is located in the middle position, hold the handle on the duckbill, lift the rod, open the stroke regulator, brake cylinder oil, disc brake gate brake.
